EC Traffic is a New Zealand–owned traffic management company delivering safe, efficient, and reliable solutions for infrastructure, civil works, and construction projects across the North Island.
Established in 2024, the company has grown through strong regional relationships, disciplined operational standards, and a clear focus on safety, compliance, and service delivery. Our work supports essential roading and construction activity, and we take seriously our responsibility to protect workers, road users, and the communities we operate in.

Stella is the Operations Manager at EC Traffic, responsible for leading operational delivery and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality traffic management services across Hawke's Bay and Taranaki.
Originally from Waitara, Taranaki, she proudly affiliates to Taranaki Iwi, Te Āti Awa, Ngāti Maru, and Ngāti Kahungunu. Her whakapapa and strong connection to whānau and community are at the heart of her leadership, shaping a values-driven approach founded on integrity, respect, and genuine care for people.
She oversees all aspects of EC Traffic's operations, including crew leadership, client engagement, and compliance. Known for her practical, solutions-focused leadership, she is trusted for consistently delivering strong outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Aaron Lawson heads Accounts and Systems at EC Traffic. He is a qualified computer software programmer with a strong technical foundation and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and its integration into modern business operations. Aaron hails from Ngāti Kahungunu iwi and brings a future-focused perspective to systems, innovation, and sustainable growth — overseeing the financial operations and technology backbone of the company.
