Leading Traffic Management Projects Across the East Coast
Eight-month programme supporting the installation of two new roundabouts on the main arterial route from Masterton to Carterton. Mobilised two crews at short notice, scaling to 15 staff delivering 24/7 Temporary Traffic Management (TTM). Maintained operations through Cyclone Gabrielle and the civil emergency response period, and continue to support Higgins with maintenance, NOC, and emergency call-outs.
Supported a large-scale road widening project at Wimbledon (Dannevirke), starting with initial assistance and expanding to two crews for three months of stay-away work. We continue to provide regular TTM support and responsive call-outs for Fulton Hogan and Fulton Hogan Water as required.

Transport Rebuild East Coast (TREC)
On the ground supporting Hawke’s Bay recovery during Cyclone Gabrielle and the civil emergency period, with teams up to 40 staff strong. Delivered traffic management across multiple sites, with a key focus on the Waikare Bailey Bridge TTM. Committed to over 12 months of sustained delivery, ensuring safe passage for light vehicles, heavy trucks, transporters, and over-dimension movements.
